Every bean in this pack is grown, harvested, processed, and roasted on a single estate in Coorg, Karnataka—by the same family, for four generations. This is not a sourced or blended coffee. It is estate-to-cup in its truest form.

Standard Method (Recommended):
Dose: 16–18g of finely ground coffee
Yield: 30–40ml espresso shot
Water Temperature: 90–94°C

Vaishnavi Estate is a single-family coffee plantation in the misty hills of Coorg, Karnataka—established in 1928 and operated by four generations of the same family. We do not source from external farms. We do not blend with other origins. Every bean we sell is grown, harvested, processed, and roasted on our own land in Coorg.
Our coffee grows under a natural shade canopy in the Western Ghats—protected from harsh sun, slowed by altitude, and surrounded by a thriving biodiversity of birds, bees, and native trees. We process our coffee using the traditional natural dry method, without water, preserving the full depth of the bean's character. We then roast it fresh on German Probat roasters in small batches—only after you order—so what reaches you is always at its peak.
