1. Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email care@vaishnaviestate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost. There are no deductions, and you do not need to send anything back.
2. Change of mind (unopened items only)
- Refunds are available only for unopened, sealed packs in their original packaging, requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened packs cannot be refunded. Coffee is a food product and cannot be resold once the seal is broken.
- You are responsible for sending the item back to us at your own cost. We will share the return address when you write to us at care@vaishnaviestate.com.
- Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the order value minus a shipping and handling charge of ₹100.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. The time taken for the money to reach your account depends on your bank and payment provider.
3. Not eligible for refund
- Opened or partly used packs
- Opened gift sets
- Items reported or returned after 7 days of delivery
