How to Brew the Perfect Aeropress Coffee

Standard Method (Recommended):

Measure: Add 15–17g of medium ground coffee

Heat Water: Bring water to 88–94°C

Add Coffee: Place coffee into Aeropress chamber

Pour: Add hot water up to desired level and stir gently

Steep: Let it brew for 2 to 3 minutes depending on strength preference

Press: Insert plunger and press slowly over 25–30 seconds

We do not source from external farms. We do not blend with other origins. Every bean we sell is grown, harvested, processed, and roasted on our own land in Coorg.

Our coffee grows under a natural shade canopy in the Western Ghats—protected from harsh sun, slowed by altitude, and surrounded by rich biodiversity. We use traditional natural processing methods and roast fresh in small batches only after you order, ensuring consistency and peak flavour.
