How to Brew the Perfect Filter Coffee

Traditional Filter Method:

Grind: Medium-fine (ideal for slow drip extraction)

Add Coffee: Fill upper chamber evenly without compacting

Water: Pour hot water (90–96°C) slowly over grounds

Brew Time: 10–15 minutes for full decoction extraction

Decoction: Collect in lower chamber

Vaishnavi Estate is a single-family coffee plantation in the misty hills of Coorg, Karnataka—established in 1928 and operated by four generations of the same family. We do not source from external farms. We do not blend with other origins. Every bean we sell is grown, harvested, processed, and roasted on our own land in Coorg.

Our coffee grows under a natural shade canopy in the Western Ghats—protected from harsh sun, slowed by altitude, and surrounded by rich biodiversity. We use traditional natural processing methods and roast fresh in small batches only after you order, ensuring consistent flavour and freshness in every batch.
