Our coffee is a food product. For hygiene and freshness reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, wrong or missing items: email care@vaishnaviestate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement. You do not need to send anything back. If we cannot replace the item, we will refund what you paid for it.

Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund until your order is dispatched (usually within 1 working day).
