Having been involved with coffee for over a hundred years - beginning with trading and then owning coffee plantations since 1928 - we are intimately familiar with coffee.

Yes, Channi coffee is an easy and cost - effective way to brew coffee at home with just a tea strainer. It's perfect for beginners who want to move away from instant coffee without buying expensive equipment.

What you need:

1 Tablespoon of coarsely ground coffee

Channi/strainer

Cup

Hot water

Muslin cloth (optional)

Brewing Process : Step by Step

Add coffee powder & pour hot water

Allow it to brew / infuse for 4 to 5 minutes

Stir 8 to 10 times

Pour through the tea strainer into another cup

Add remaining hot water, milk, cream, or sugar & enjoy

Can I have this coffee with milk?

Absolutely, you can add milk, cream, or sugar as per your taste buds.

Is this an Instant coffee?

No, this is not an instant coffee.

Ingredients:

1 cup ground Vaishnavi coffee

1 cup organic brown sugar

1/2 cup organic coconut oil

1/2 tbsp cinnamon (optional)

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

Ingredients:

Melt and cool the coconut oil (don’t let it solidify).

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Use twice a week for best results.
