Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to take charge of building our brand and driving coffee sales across multiple channels. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and entrepreneurial ownership. As the Brand & Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to boost revenue, establish a robust digital presence, and penetrate new markets.


Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy and Sales
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and advertising for higher visibility and conversions.
  • Analyze channel performance and adapt strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Brand Building

  • Craft a compelling brand story that resonates with our target audience.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns to increase awareness and loyalty
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive and engaging communication.
Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement ROI-driven digital marketing strategies, including paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram), SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Use analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Leverage social media to drive engagement, grow the community, and promote products.
Product Launches
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for our upcoming instant coffee range.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to guide product innovation.
  • Drive trial and adoption through innovative campaigns and partnerships.
Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with e-commerce platform account managers to optimize brand performance.
  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, and packaging teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Engage with influencers, coffee communities, and customers to promote the brand.
Revenue Growth
  • Own revenue targets and develop strategies to consistently achieve them.
  • Innovate to find new ways to reach untapped markets and increase customer lifetime value.

    Qualifications

    • MBA from IIM or equivalent tier-1 institute (FMCG experience is a plus).
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales, brand management, or digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
    • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for building brands and driving sales.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
