Return costs: not applicable.

Our coffee is a perishable food product. For hygiene and freshness reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, as described in our Return policy. Because no returns are accepted, there are no return shipping charges, restocking fees or other return costs for our products.

Damaged, wrong or missing items: email care@vaishnaviestate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement. You do not need to send anything back and you pay nothing. If we cannot replace the item, we will refund what you paid for it.

Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund until your order is dispatched (usually within 1 working day).
